• Provide legal services in corporate secretarial services and legal documentation, and ensure the practice of good corporate governance.
• Provide legal services in conducting legal due diligence (legal audit) with regard to merger, acquisition, consolidation, liquidation, take over, sales and purchase of company’s shares and or assets, debt restructuring, public offering and others, including forensic asset tracing.

Investment

Provide legal services in regard to legal matters of Indonesian foreign capital investment, which includes advise pertaining laws and regulations of foreign capital investment in Indonesia, the procedures of the establishment of joint venture company and all other business and service sectors.

Banking and Finance

Provide legal services in regard with off-shore and or onshore loan facility agreement, which includes drafting and reviewing of loan agreement, security agreement such as pledge of shares agreement, personal and or corporate guaranty agreement, fiduciary agreement, and et cetera The services also include handling legal matters in settlement of a non-performing loan (NPL), enforcement of security agreements, and as well as loan restructuring.

Capital Market

Provide legal services in regard with the capital market activities, which include preparation of initial public offering (IPO), right issue, private placement, take over, merger and acquisition of public company. Oil, gas and coal Mining

Provide legal services in regard with oil, gas and coal mining, which include handling the issuance of licenses, land release, preparing and drafting of agreements and/or legal documentation, and other oil, gas and coal mining related matters.

Land and Property

Provide legal services in regard with land matters, which include handling the issuance of land certificate, land release, drafting of lease agreement, preparing documentation of apartment.

Provide legal services in regard with manpower or labor legal matters, drafting working contract, company regulation, including handling the labor dispute at Manpower Department, and or litigation process in District Court, State Administration Court and or Supreme Court.

Provide legal services and consultation on Anti-Monopoly Law and Unfair Business Competition, including but not limited to assist clients during the examination process by the Komisi Pengawasan Persaingan Usaha (KPPU).

Provide legal services in regard with insurance claims and other related insurance matters.

Entertainment Industries

Provide legal services in regard with the entertainment industries, which include contracts of recording, movie, television, performance and other related matters.

Debt Collection

Provide legal services in regards with debt settlement and or debt collection.

Litigation Services

• Criminal Cases: Provides and handles broad range of legal services in regard with general criminal law cases, which includes assisting, representing and providing client with advisory services starting from the investigation process level at the Police jurisdiction, Attorney General Office, up to the District Court, High Court and Supreme Court level, include but not limited for legal aid for client(s) at Anti-Corruption Committee.
• Private Cases: Provides and handles broad range of legal services in regard with general civil law cases, which includes assisting, representing and providing client with advisory services, either for out of court settlement and or settlement of cases at the District Court, High Court and Supreme Court, State of Administration Court and Religion Court Jurisdiction.
